This study focuses on how space acquires identity through human movement at CSO Ada. The relationship between people and space is explored through three stages: Stillness, Gathering, and Dispersal. Each sequence visualizes these stages, revealing the cyclical story of the space and its coexistence with people.

STILLNESS

The stillness of the building is like a quiet pause before it is interrupted by the sound of footsteps. Only the subtle movement of wind and shifting shadows remain, allowing the architecture to exist in a calm dialogue with its surroundings. In this moment, the building maintains a sense of balance and silent presence.

GATHERING

As people gather, silence gives way to movement and energy. The echoes of footsteps and conversations fill the spaces, allowing the building to absorb and reflect this collective energy. No longer merely a physical structure, it becomes a living space that brings people together.

DISPERSAL

As people disperse, the sounds gradually fade and the space returns to silence. Movement gives way to stillness, restoring the building to its calm state. Yet the space seems to retain traces of the moments it has witnessed, quietly awaiting the next gathering.

Bu çalışma, CSO Ada Binası'nda mekânın kimlik kazanma sürecine odaklanır. Mekânın insan hareketleriyle kurduğu ilişki, durağanlık, toplanma ve dağılma olmak üzere üç aşamada incelenmiştir. Her bir kare dizisi, bu aşamaları ve mekânın insanlarla birlikte varoluşunu görselleştirerek, mekânın döngüsel hikayesini izleyiciye sunar.

Durağanlık     

Yapının durağanlığı, insanların ayak sesleriyle bozulmadan önceki sessiz bir bekleyiş gibidir. Duvarlarında yankılanan sadece rüzgarın uğultusudur; zemine vuran hafif gölgelerle zamana tanıklık eder. O anlarda yapı, adeta kendi varlığının farkında olan bir sessizlik içinde, çevresiyle uyumlu bir denge taşır.

Toplanma

Yapıda, insanlar toplandıkça sessizlik yerini canlı bir harekete bırakır. Adımların yankısı ve sohbetlerin uğultusu duvarları sararken, yapı da bu enerjiyi içine çekerek canlanır. Artık sadece bir mekan değil, insanları bir araya getiren yaşayan bir alan haline gelir.

Dağılma                              

İnsanlar dağıldığında, yapıyı saran sesler yavaşça kaybolur ve ortam yeniden sessizliğe bürünür. Hareketin yerini durağanlık alırken, yapı eski dingin bekleyişine geri döner. Sanki yaşanmış anıları saklayarak bir sonraki buluşmayı bekler.
